US Steps Up Its Anti-Iran Propaganda To Sell Missile Shield

The US has begun using it’s anti-Iran propaganda to justify its decision to deploy a missile shield in Europe.

Washington’s latest disinformation campaign about the alleged threat from Iran’s advanced missile technology is being implemented to demonize Iran, even though the Islamic Republic has never threatened its neighbors and Iran’s military technology is clearly only being developed to ensure the country can defend itself against any potential enemies.

“Our revised approach is tailored to address the emergent threat coming to the region from Iran,” US State Department spokesman Philip Crowley said on Thursday. “We’re going to protect our interests and those of our allies,” AFP quoted Crowley as saying.

He confirmed that Romania would host medium-range ballistic missile interceptors as part of the shield system.

Romanian President Traian Basescu said on Thursday that Bucharest had agreed to participate in the system, which is expected to be operational by 2015. In September 2009, the US shelved a plan to place missile defense facilities in the Czech Republic and Poland after Russia vehemently protested.

Let's hope the Russians think this through, for during the Reagan era the Americans upped the arms race with the intent of forcing the Russians to do the same and so bankrupt themselves, which they did by the end of 91.____Had Gorbachev realised that America never attacks any nation if it thinks that nation can retaliate onto continental America – even with one nuke missile, he could have ignored America's capacity for vast overkill and been content that plenty plenty of Russian nukes would still have gotten thru onto continental America even though there might well have been some losses due to anti missile missiles.____By not overspending on defence he could have saved the Soviet Union, which would have allowed it to defend Iraq from the Anglo American predations of Jan 91 by simply having Russians there en mass on the ground operating anti aircraft missile batteries in densely populating strategic and civilian centres, which factor would instead have been a `shock and awe` delivered to the Anglo Americans, had they still gone ahead.

2/ Taking into account the absence of such massed anti aircraft missile batteries manned by Russians, the Anglo Americans struck. Not only did they strike, they were also aided by a weakening Gorbachev in that he gave them the operating frequencies of the Russian supplied Iraqi manned anti aircraft missile batteries with the result that the missiles from which were rendered confused in flight.

Why say all this ? Gulf War I would not have occurred had the Soviet Union not fallen, and now that Russia is on the ascendancy it gives the Judaized Anglo Americans pause before attacking Iran.

Here's hoping the Russians realise that the Americans are pulling the same stunt as before, but this time with missiles in the Baltic and Romania, trying to bankrupt the Russians again.
